2011-2012 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship for Mid-Career Professionals |

The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine announces the launch of the 2011-2012 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship
for Mid-Career Professionals. This is a ten-month, non-degree program for Ukrainian mid-career
professionals who have a completed professional degree and at least five years of substantial
professional experience in the corresponding field (Public Health Policy and Management,
Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention, HIV/AIDS Policy and Prevention, Natural
Resources/Environmental Policy/Climate Change, Urban and Regional Planning, Economic
Development, Finance and Banking, Educational Administration, Planning and Policy,
Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration, Agricultural and Rural Development)

Global Supplementary Grant Program for the 2010–11 |

The OSI's Network Scholarship Programs is pleased to announce the Global
Supplementary Grant Program (GSGP) for the 2010 – 2011 academic year.
GSGP offers supplementary grants to students from select countries including
Ukraine, who wish to pursue doctoral studies in the Humanities and
Social Sciences at accredited universities in Asia, Australia, Europe,
the Middle/Near East, and North America.
Students pursuing doctorates in the medical, physical, chemical, technical or
natural sciences as well as fine or performing arts are not eligible for this grant.
Application instructions are available in our Center, and can be accessed via the

The deadline for students pursuing a Ph.D. in Asia, Australia, North America,

The Opportunity Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State,
is designed to support the application process to U.S. higher
education institutions for students who are highly qualified
but are unable to cover expenses related to the application
process. To be eligible for funding, students must be applying
to degree-programs (AA/AS, BA/BS, LLM, MA/MS, MBA, Ph.D., etc.).
The Opportunity Program offers no guarantee of acceptance or
financial aid awards at U.S. institutions. All award decisions
are made on a case-by-case basis. Priority consideration will be
given to applicants who have worked closely with an EducationUSA
adviser to make informed decisions about academic goals and plans.
