Open Society Institute’s Undergraduate Exchange Program 2009-2010
The UEP supports students from Eastern & South-Eastern Europe in the
United States for one year of non-degree academic studies.
Applicants from Ukraine must currently be enrolled as a second-year
student at a university in the regions of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk,
Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, or
Zaporizhzhya to be eligible.

Cambridge university, in conjunction with the Open Society Institute,

Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program 2009-2010
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States
Department of State has announced its Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship
Program for 2009-2010 academic year. The program provides opportunities for
Master’s level study in the United States up to two years.
The program is administered by IREX www.irex.ua.
